Donations & Payments

All donations to Second Harvest Food Bank of Metrolina are appreciated. Our Second Harvest website provides the convenience of online donations, program sponsorships, and event ticket purchases.

Refund Policy

You hereby acknowledge and agree that, for all donations/payment transactions, you will not use an invalid or unauthorized credit or debit card or other payment method. Second Harvest only gives refunds on donations under the following circumstances:

  • If the donor has submitted multiple donations when the intention was a single donation.
  • If the donor has made an error in the amount in which they wish to donate.
  • If there was an error on our part in billing a credit card transaction over the phone, software error, either at an event or entering a donation that has been mailed to our office.

All refund requests must be made within 10 business days by contacting Donna Ragan at dragan@secondharvest.org.

Cancellation

A donation may be cancelled up until payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed, the donor is responsible for payment.

Complaints

Any complaint about donations, sponsorships, or processing may be sent to our office at info@secondharvest.org.
